Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days.

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–5 business days.

• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Delivery Delays: ZKids is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events, but we will always assist in tracking your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at ZKids. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.

• Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days of delivery (set the exact number as per your business choice).

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products like undergarments, accessories, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

• Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please contact us before sending the item back.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered.
